Who this notice is from

This notice covers https://www.vistarxtechnologies.com, the website of VistarX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("VistarX", "we", "us"). Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we act as the Data Fiduciary for personal data collected through this site, and you are the Data Principal.

It covers this website only. Personal data we process while delivering a project for a client is governed by the agreement with that client, not by this notice.

What we collect

We collect personal data in exactly one place on this site: the contact form.

• Name — so we know who we are replying to
• Email address — so we can reply
• Phone number — optional, only if you choose to give it
• Your message — whatever you choose to tell us

What we do not collect

This site has no accounts, no login and no user profiles. It sets no cookies and does not use tracking pixels, advertising networks or cross-site identifiers. We do not buy personal data, sell it, or use it to build profiles.

Our analytics count page views in aggregate without cookies and without identifying individual visitors. See our Cookie statement for detail.

Why we use it, and on what basis

We use what you send us to read your enquiry, reply to it, and keep a record of the correspondence as an ordinary business record. We do not use it for marketing, and we will not add you to a mailing list.

The basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete what you sent.

Who else handles it

We keep the number of third parties as small as we can. These are all of them:

• Vercel — hosts this website and serves it from a global network. Standard server logs, including IP addresses, are generated as part of serving any web page.
• Resend — delivers the contact form submission to us by email. Your submission passes through their infrastructure.
• Google — your enquiry arrives in a mailbox hosted by Google and is stored there.
• Vercel Analytics — aggregate, cookieless page-view counts. It does not receive contact form data.

Where your data goes

Vercel, Resend and Google are based outside India and operate international infrastructure, so personal data you submit is transferred outside India and processed there. By submitting the form you consent to that transfer. We use these providers under their standard terms and process no more data than is needed to reply to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live, and afterwards only for as long as we need a record of it. Where an enquiry leads to a client relationship, correspondence is retained for the life of that relationship and for the period required by applicable law and tax rules. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.

Aggregate analytics contain no personal data and are retained as ordinary site statistics.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023 you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it is being processed
• Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated
• Have your data erased, where we are not required to keep it
• Withdraw consent you previously gave
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
• Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if we do not resolve it

Email ajay.tamhankar1998@gmail.com for any request or grievance relating to your personal data, including access, correction, erasure or withdrawal of consent. We aim to respond within a reasonable period and in any case within the timelines required by law.

VistarX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is completing its incorporation. Once that is done, the registered office address and the named Grievance Officer will be published on our Legal disclosure page and in this notice. In the meantime the email address above reaches us directly.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are validated on the server and transmitted over encrypted connections to the providers listed above. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This is a business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this notice

If our data practices change — for example if we add a service that sets cookies, or a new processor — we will update this notice and change the date at the top. Material changes affecting how we use data you have already given us will be notified to you where we hold contact details for you.
