What these terms cover

These terms govern your use of https://www.vistarxtechnologies.com, operated by VistarX Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They cover the website only. If you engage us for a project, that work is governed by a separate written agreement between us, and nothing on this site forms part of it or overrides it.

The site is information, not an offer

Descriptions of our services are provided to tell you what we do. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver any particular scope, timeline or price. Nothing here creates a contract between us.

Submitting the contact form starts a conversation. It does not engage us, and it does not oblige either of us to proceed.

Work we produce under a client engagement is dealt with in that engagement's agreement. Where we say clients own what we build, that ownership is created by the agreement, not by this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site. VistarX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is completing its incorporation; the registered office and the specific seat of jurisdiction will be published on our Legal disclosure page once that is complete.
